Do I need an appointment to try on gowns?
Yes, we recommend booking an appointment to ensure you have a private fitting room and the full attention of a bridal stylist. Walk-ins are welcome when available, but appointments guarantee the best experience.

How long are bridal appointments?
Bridal appointments typically last 2 hours, giving you time to try on multiple styles and find your dream gown without feeling rushed.

How many guests can I bring to my appointment?
We recommend bringing 3–4 of your closest loved ones to help keep the experience fun and focused. That said, we completely understand that finding your dress can be a big celebration! If you’d like to bring a larger party, we are happy to accommodate—just let us know when booking so we can prepare the best space for your group. 

 Which designers do you carry, and what is the price range for each?

Do you carry plus-size samples?
Yes! We believe every bride deserves to feel beautiful, so we carry sample gowns in a variety of sizes, including plus-size options.

How long does it take to order a dress?
Most gowns take 4–6 months to arrive, depending on the designer. We recommend shopping at least 8–12 months before your wedding to allow time for alterations.

Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer in-house alterations. However, we work closely with trusted seamstresses and are happy to provide recommendations. Your gown is made to order but not custom-fit, so alterations are almost always needed to achieve the perfect look and feel. 

What if I’m on a tight timeline?
We offer select off-the-rack gowns for brides who need a dress quickly at discounted prices. Rush shipping may also be available for certain designers.

Do you sell veils and accessories?
Yes, we carry a wide selection of veils, belts, sleeves and more to complete your bridal look.

Do you offer bridesmaid or mother-of-the-bride dresses?
Yes! We carry a beautiful selection for both. Our Sorella Vita bridesmaid dresses come in a wide range of styles, colors, and sizes to complement your wedding vision. For mothers, we offer elegant gowns from MGNY as well as a curated assortment of other styles, so every mom feels just as special on the big day. 

What deposit is required to order a gown?
We offer a 50% deposit option at the time of purchase, with the remaining balance due when your gown arrives. Many brides, however, choose to pay in full at the time the order is placed—this makes the process seamless and provides peace of mind knowing their dress is fully taken care of.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because most of our gowns & accessories are made to order, we’re not able to offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Off-the-rack gowns are sold as is, but our team will ensure you feel confident and supported in your choice before making a purchase.
